Reiki Level 1 – A Journey into Self-Care - Learn the fundamentals of Reiki.

I’m so excited to offer Reiki Level 1, a beautiful way to nurture yourself, your loved ones, and even your pets.

You don’t need any prior experience—just an open heart. In this course, you’ll learn the history and basics of Reiki and how to tap into the universal energy source and use it as a tool for self-care and connection.

Reiki was the beginning of something truly life-changing for me. It opened the door to understanding energy and frequency in a way that has transformed my life. Once you experience this and are attuned, I believe it will bring a sense of calm, clarity, and even a little magic to your everyday life.

Sharing Reiki with others is such a joy, and I’m deeply honored to guide you on this journey.

This is a one day course, with a follow up refresher to review integration and answer any questions that arise.
