I believe we are all born with an innate wisdom, a unique essence and an inner knowing that can become buried beneath life experiences, expectations, responsibilities and survival patterns.

My own journey has taught me the importance of creating safety, compassion and space for transformation to unfold.

Through my personal experiences, motherhood, years working with people through challenging life circumstances, and my studies across holistic counselling, a range of energy work and modalities, and consciousness-based practices, my work has become a weaving of many pathways into one.

A pathway of restoration, where our entire soul light can inhabit the human body.
