Toni Poltrock is the heart and soul behind Alchemy Rising, a holistic wellness practice dedicated to fostering deep healing and transformation. With a profound personal journey shaped by overcoming trauma, navigating the challenges of separation, and healing from financial loss, Toni brings a wealth of empathy, resilience, and wisdom to her practice. Her life experiences, combined with her professional background in Human Resource Management and holistic healing, allow her to offer truly integrative care that addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
As a Certified Master Holistic Counsellor, Toni specializes in guiding clients through emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges, helping them uncover insights, develop coping strategies, and achieve lasting transformation. Her counseling approach is deeply informed by her own experiences, ensuring that each client feels seen, understood, and supported on their journey.
Toni’s expertise extends to a range of complimentary therapies, including SoulNar Sound and Energy Therapy, Reiki Master Teacher, Advanced Practition in Australian Bush Flower Essences and Crystal Therapy. She also incorporates Colour Therapy, and Sound Therapy, including tuning forks, and other natural modalities into her practice to provide comprehensive support for her clients. These therapies work synergistically with her counseling services to promote deep relaxation, emotional balance, and energetic alignment.
A mother to four, Toni understands the importance of patience, compassion, and practical solutions in the healing process. This role has instilled in her invaluable skills in resilience, patience, and adaptability - qualities that enhance her practice as a holistic counselor, practitioner and therapist. Her extensive personal experience, and her professional background working with people and business to build teams focusing on their innate strenghts and training for future development, further enrich her ability to offer both emotional support and practical guidance to those facing life’s most challenging circumstances.
