I’m Toni, a Holistic Counsellor, Reiki Master Teacher, SoulNar Sound & Energy Therapist, a Practitioner of Umana Technique and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. I have a passion for helping individuals reconnect and realign with their true selves.

Drawing on my background in corporate, working in human resources, health & safety and public health, combined with my lived experience with separation, trauma, loss, and burnout, I offer an integrative approach to transformation and empowement that combines counselling, energy therapy, mindfulness, and practical wellness strategies.
